At TechBeauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item is delivered.
To request a return:
The claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video and photos of the product are mandatory.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong size or color selected by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
